These terms describe ordering from 33 Aquatics, a freshwater fish business based in South Florida. Please review the product listing, order total, and shipping policy before placing an order.
Products and selling units
The individual product listing describes the fish, selling unit, pack size, and any size or sex details offered. A cart quantity of one may mean one fish, one trio, one pair, or one group, depending on the listing. Photo placeholders are labelled as placeholders.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Review the final order total and available payment choices before submitting payment. PayPal processes payments offered through its checkout.
Shipping area and schedule
We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Orders ship on Mondays. The weekly cutoff is Friday at 6 p.m. Eastern time: orders placed by the cutoff are scheduled for the following Monday; later orders are scheduled for the Monday one week later.
Shipping choice and live-arrival guarantee
USPS Priority Mail costs $14.99 per order and has no live-arrival guarantee. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are planned upgrades and are not currently available at checkout. When offered, these UPS services carry our 100% live-arrival guarantee under the claim requirements in the Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee policy.
Eligible claims must be emailed within two hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time, with the order number and clear photos of the affected fish in the original, unopened shipping bag. Approved claims refund the affected fish’s purchase price; original shipping charges are not refunded.

For an order change or any other order issue, email 33aquatics@gmail.com promptly with your order number and details so we can review the request. The live-arrival procedure above applies to live-arrival claims.
