Where we ship
33 Aquatics ships live fish from South Florida to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations.
Monday shipping
Orders ship on Mondays only. Our weekly order cutoff is Friday at 6 p.m. Eastern time. Orders placed by the cutoff are scheduled for the following Monday. Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for the Monday one week later.
Current checkout option
USPS Priority Mail: $14.99 per order. USPS Priority Mail shipments are not covered by our live-arrival guarantee.
Planned UPS upgrades
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are planned upgrades and are not currently available at checkout. Rates will be shown at checkout when these methods become available. Fish shipped using either of these UPS services qualify for our 100% live-arrival guarantee, subject to the claim requirements below.
Live-arrival claim requirements
For eligible UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipments, email 33aquatics@gmail.com within two hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time. Include your order number and clear photos of the affected fish in the original, unopened shipping bag.
For an approved claim, we refund 100% of the purchase price of the affected fish. Original shipping charges are not refunded. This live-arrival coverage does not apply to USPS Priority Mail shipments.
